FEDERAL HILL KITCHEN
Renovation of a kitchen in the Historic Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore. The existing kitchen was gutted and the floor brought up to meet the first floor elevation. Two toned modern cabinetry and modern details contrast well with the rustic beams and flooring. Matching the flooring was a particular challenge. We installed a reclaimed walked smooth heart pine in random width that blended well with the existing schooner deck plank reclaimed flooring. Countertops are Caeserstone with a extra thick 2" edge profile.
Master Bathroom Renovation
This compact Master Bathroom was gutted to the studs and rebuilt to include a new custom mahogany double bowl vanity cabinet and walk in steam shower. The modern bathroom with craftsman detailing features wall mounted vanity faucets and 12x12 polished fiberglass wall and floor tile. The steam shower features a frameless 3/8" glass full shower enclosure with a hand shower and recessed shower niche. Tung oil finished Mahogany window and door trim was installed to match the new vanity cabinet. The countertop is soapstone treated with mineral oil. In-floor radiant heating was installed below the tile flooring.
